I wondered a long time on how to put videos on PSP. I did some research, and found the answer on how I could get any video that I had on my computer over to the PSP. There are a few steps involved, but it really is simple to do. The first thing that you need to do is to make a few folders on your memory stick. This is where you are going to place the videos that you have on your computer. So, go ahead and connect your PSP to your computer using the USB cable. Now you can navigate to your memory card from your computer through the My Computer icon on the desktop. This is where we are going to make the new folders The first folder is going to reside at the root of the memory card. It needs to be called "PSP" (without the quotes). To make a new folder, go to File, down to New, and over to Folder. Then you will have a new folder in your memory stick. Be sure to label it PSP. Now, go into the PSP folder and make another new folder, and name this one "MP_ROOT". Keep in mind that you will not type the quote around the name when you are making the folder. I put them there just to show you the full name of the folder. Now, go into the "MP_ROOT" folder and make another new folder. This one needs to be called "100mnv01". This is the last folder that you are going to have to make. This is where you are going to copy all of your movies to. **Attention** You will have to make sure that all of your movies are in MP4 format before you copy them over. The PSP will only accept this file format. If your movies are in any other format, they will not play. You will have to convert them to MP4 if they are not already. It does take specialized software to convert your videos and DVD's to MP4 format, but it is not a big deal. It is a matter of opening your movie and clicking on convert. Okay, now you know how to put videos on PSP. I told you that it would be simple!
